Codirector Terms

This Co-Director Program Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation as a Co-Director in the Narada Studios affiliate sales partner network ("Co-Director Growth Program" or "the Program"). WHAT THE CO-DIRECTOR PROGRAM IS: The Co-Director Growth Program is a gamified affiliate sales system that enables registered partners ("Co-Directors") to earn 15% recurring monthly commissions by sourcing, building, and closing Digital Dupe subscriptions for local businesses. IMPORTANT LEGAL DISCLAIMER: "Co-Director" is a creative branding title for Narada Studios' affiliate sales partners, inspired by film industry terminology. This designation does NOT constitute: • A registered corporate directorship under the Indian Companies Act, 2013 • A board membership or fiduciary position in Narada Studios Pvt Ltd • An employment relationship under any Indian labor law • A partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship Co-Directors are independent sales partners operating in their own capacity. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: • Must be at least 18 years of age • Must be a resident of India • Must complete KYC verification (PAN card or Aadhaar card via Cashfree DigiLocker, plus ₹1 bank account penny drop) • Must have a valid Indian bank account for commission payouts • Must agree to and comply with this Agreement, the Narada Studios Terms of Service, and all applicable laws
