"AI-Generated Content" or "Synthetic Content" refers to any text, image, audio, video, or combination thereof that is created, modified, or synthesized using artificial intelligence models, including: • Scripts, story outlines, and screenplay content generated from user prompts • AI-generated images (character portraits, storyboard frames, style references) produced by image models (Imagen 4, FLUX.1, etc.) • AI-generated video clips and cinematic trailers produced by video generation models (Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0, Wan 2.5, etc.) • AI-composed music and audio (Lyria 3 Pro/Clip, Stable Audio 2.0) • AI-synthesized voice narration and voiceovers (Gemini 2.5 Flash TTS, ElevenLabs) • AI-generated Digital Dupe responses and conversations (Gemini 2.5 Pro/Flash, Vertex AI) This policy explains how we handle, label, and govern synthetic content across all our products in accordance with the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Amendment Rules, 2026.
